10 ways to kick start 2010

Well its a New Year, and I know that so many of you have changes that you would like to  make.

Lets start off with your health! And I mean ALL AREAS!!  Now if you are 100% satisfied with your health and your weight…..your body   your emotional state,  your relationships (including the one with yourself)….. then maybe we have nothing to talk about and you should be congratulated.

But If you are anything like me I am sure that some improvement could be made in some area of your health/ life.  Perhaps you are at peak performance and tip top shape inside and out have the goal of maintaining.

I myself am starting the year off with a cleanse….not only of my body (which i do twice a year) but of my life.

clearing out  relationships, that no longer serve me  getting rid of things around the house that no longer serve me and clearing any foods that drain my energy away rather than increase it. clearing those thoughts, beliefs, and ideas that keep me captive and from moving forward.

So many of us make our resolutions of gaining better health in the New Year, but for many  of us,  3 to 6 months later its a memory or  has been forgotten.

I thought I would help by making a list of 10 things you could do to improve your body mind and soul and start 2010 off with a bang

#1 Make a commitment to you.

Yes this simple thing could make all the difference this year. Without a commitment to yourself nothing will stick. Make sure you decide that you are the most important person there is and that you deserve the best of everything .

#2  Get  and stay Healthy

Easier said tan done right? well here are some ways to keep at it!

*join a gym with a friend and workout together.

*buy new work out gear

*put a pic of the body you want on your bathroom mirror

*tell lots of people your fitness goal

*Do a boot camp or a challenge.

#3.  Do a cleanse.

this is always a great way to start the year, doing one twice a year really helps you keep your body in check.

#4.   Schedule a few….or 12…massages for the year.

getting a massage is a fantastic way to keeping stress at bay and its a great treat to!

#5.  Read for at least 30 minutes every day.

Reading something inspiring is a great perk for your brain, and keeping our brains healthy is a must for our well being.

#6.  Listen to something that motivates you every day.

Making your car or your ride to work on the train your university is a fantastic way to becoming educated, and inspired.

#7.  Plan a spa visit at least once this year, more if possible.

relax, relax, relax….its all a part of our well being.

#8.  Surround your self with upbeat, inspiring people.

I think we all know how the others make us feel!!

#9.  Stay away from gossip

As the Law of Attraction says… we attract what we think about. Lets think talk and do the things that we want in our lives, you will be surprised at how much better our lives are when we have no ill thoughts about anyone.

#10.  BE HAPPY

yes… the more we  are happy the happier we will be………Keep smiling!!!
